Rachel Brown led the Norse to 10th place at the Triton Invitiational.
MADISON, Ill. - The Northern Kentucky University women's golf team closed out its fall season with a 10th-place result at the Triton Invitational, played at Gateway Golf Course.
The Norse carded a two-round 685 (343-342) on the par-71 course, finishing 52 strokes behind tournament host and winner Missouri-St. Louis (305-308—613).
NKU was led by
Rachel Brown (75-88—163), who finished in 29th place.
Ashleigh Howerton (86-78—164) followed up in 33rd place, while
Heather McKee (89-90—179) took 59th place.
Danielle Lickert added her first-round 93 to the team score while
Elizabeth Nebraski chipped in with her second-round 86.
Lewis's Leila Marquet (73-74—147) took the medal in the 36-hole event.
