HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Northern Kentucky University women's tennis team took its second consecutive victory on Monday, defeating Kutztown, 6-3.
Jenny Hand ran her season-opening winning streak to four matches, shutting out KU's Megan Groh, 6-0, 6-0, in the No. 5 flight.

Michelle Schirmann and
Maggie Koetter each took singles victories as well.
Schirmann and
Jillian Sturgeon teamed up to take an 8-0 doubles win over Groh and Tess Wright in the No. 3 flight, while Isaacs and Hand got a win in the No. 2 doubles, 8-3.
NKU improves to 2-2 on the season.
