WATERLOO, Ill. – The Northern Kentucky University women's golf team is in fourth place after the opening day of play at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Championships with a score of 322.
Indianapolis is in first place with a score of 303 at the par-72 Annbriar Golf Course. Drury and Southern Indiana are tied for second place with scores of 313, 10 strokes behind Indianapolis.
NKU's
Lyndsey Bevill shot a 3-over-par 75 and is in third place in the individual competition, one stroke off the lead. Susan Allen of Drury and Allison Tyler of Indianapolis each shot a 74 on Saturday and are the co-leaders.
The final round is scheduled for Sunday.
