HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Guillaume Berman won his top flight singles match for the Northern Kentucky University men's tennis team, but it was the only point the Norse could muster in a 6-1 defeat at the hands of Kennesaw State.

Berman topped the Owls' Tobi Menhofer, 6-2, 6-1, to claim the singles point.  The Norse also had a pair of second-set comebacks, as Christopher Angulo leveled Gianni Kubin in the No. 3 flight and Andre Correa pulled even with Louis Theodor in the No. 4 flight.  However, the Owls were able to prevail in third set victories in each match.

NKU falls to 3-13 overall, 0-5 in A-Sun play, while Kennesaw State moves to 4-12 overall and 1-4 in A-Sun play.
