SORRENTO, Fla. – Northern Kentucky women's golfer Mimi Cheepborisut carded an even-par 72 in the final round of the MSU Citrus Spring Challenge to finish in the top-40 of a stacked field.
 
Cheepborisut finished t-39^th after climbing a remarkable 29 spots in the final round. Her 72 was also the lowest score posted by a Norse this season.
 
Northern Kentucky carded rounds of 315-322-310 for a total of 947, which ranks as the fourth-best 54-hole total in school history. NKU finished 18^th.
 
Ryleigh Waltz and Sarah Kellam posted rounds of 79, while Allison Leigeb and Macy Wright closed with scores of 80.
 
Northern Kentucky will be back in action at the EKU Colonel Classic on April 1-2.
