HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. - Northern Kentucky University will host "Halloween Hoopla" on Oct. 28, 2009 in The Bank of Kentucky Center, beginning at 6 p.m. Admission to this event is free and open to the public.
All NKU teams will be at the event helping with games and trick-or-treating. Kids and adults alike are encouraged to attend in their best Halloween costumes. Jumping Jack's Inflatables will be set up for the kids, while free food and drink will be provided courtesy of Gold Star Chili and Pepsi.
This will also be the public's first opportunity to see the 2009-10 editions of the NKU men's and women's basketball teams in intra-squad scrimmages. There will also be slam dunk and 3-point shooting contests.
