What Doss did this week: Doss averaged 19 points and eight rebounds per game as NKU captured two wins to start Atlantic Sun Conference play to earn Player of the Week honors for the fourth time this season. She finished 15-for-30 (.500) from the field, connected on four 3-pointers and collected three assists and two steals. Doss started Atlantic Sun action with her third double-double of the season. She scored 24 points and grabbed 11 rebounds as the Norse defeated South Carolina Upstate, 76-60, in Spartanburg, S.C. She added two steals while being perfect from behind both the 3-point line (3-for-3) and the free-throw line (3-for-3). She added 14 of her points in the second half after getting into early foul trouble. She scored 10 of NKU's first 14 points of the second half and sparked a 22-5 run for a 56-38 lead to take control of the game with 9:24 remaining. The 6-foot forward from Greenwood, Ind., followed with a 14-point, five-rebound effort in NKU's 73-63 road victory over East Tennessee State on Saturday afternoon in Johnson, City, Tenn., to help the Norse hold off a late Bucs rally and stay undefeated in the Atlantic Sun.
