Accessing and managing your NKU Athletics tickets has never been easier! Follow the steps below to view, transfer, and scan your tickets for entry.
Option 1: Access via the Norse Up App (Recommended)
- Download the Norse Up App from the App Store or Google Play.
Already have the app? If you haven’t signed in since last season, you’ll need to
update it in your device’s app store before logging in. Not doing so may cause errors when signing in to view tickets.
- Open the app and tap Tickets at the bottom of your screen.
- Sign in using the email address you used to purchase your tickets.
- If your account isn’t already linked, Ticketmaster will walk you through connecting it automatically.
- Once signed in, you’ll see your upcoming games. Tap a game to view your tickets. You can also initiate transfers from this screen.
- Tap a ticket to view its barcode for entry. Swipe to view all seats for a particular game.
- For quick access on game day, you can save tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- Once added to a wallet, tickets cannot be transferred.
Alternate Option: If you’re having trouble with the Norse Up app, visit am.ticketmaster.com/nku in your phone’s web browser to sign in and view tickets.
- Click Manage Tickets and sign in with the email tied to your purchase.
- Once logged in:
- On your phone: You can view, transfer, and display barcodes for entry.
- On desktop: You can still view and transfer tickets for upcoming games, but entry barcodes will not display
Important Scanning Reminders:
- Barcodes refresh dynamically every 30 seconds – Screenshots of tickets will not scan.
- Always access your tickets directly through the Norse Up app or Ticketmaster site for entry.
- Be sure to accept transferred tickets before arriving at Truist Arena to ensure they appear in your account.
Transferring Tickets
- Tap or click the event → select Transfer → choose the seats you wish to transfer.
- Enter the recipient’s name, email, or phone number.
- Once you send tickets to someone, their information is saved for future transfers.
- The recipient will receive an email or text to accept the tickets.
- Transfers are not complete until your recipient accepts.
Once accepted, the tickets will appear in their account and can be scanned at entry. You will no longer have access to them once accepted.
- Transfers can be canceled by clicking Cancel Transfer from the transfer screen of a game until the tickets are accepted by the recipient.
- You’ll receive confirmation emails when tickets are sent and when accepted.
