What Webber did this week: J.J. Webber dominated the track for the Norse at the Bulls Invitational, hosted by the University of South Florida. He claimed the victory in the 1500-meter, finishing in 3:56.81. He was just a few seconds away from beating John Lott's time of 3:51.00, a school record which has stood since 1980. He continued the day by breaking the school record in the 3000-meter with a time of 8:39.77. He shattered the previous record by over thirty seconds and would go on to finish the event in first place. He also ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay, helping the Norse finish 14th out of a field of 25 with a time of 3:40.01.
