What Webber did this season:  Webber, a junior from Liberty Township, Ohio, started off the season with a bang at the Queen City Invitational 5K. He turned in a first-place time of 14:58.62, which set the school record in the 5K and helped the Norse win their first meet as an NCAA Division I institution.  He followed up his breakout performance with a first-place finish at the highly competitive Commodore Classic 8K, marking the first time in his career that he placed first in back-to-back meets.

In preparation for the Atlantic Sun Conference Cross Country Championships, Webber set a personal record in the 8K at the Blue Ridge Open, and his time of 24:42.71 would go down as the third-fastest time in NKU history. He carried that momentum into the A-Sun Championships, finishing in first place with a time of 25:05.06 and becoming the first runner in NKU history to ever win a conference championship.  He helped the team edge out East Tennessee State to claim second place, improving the team's finish by four places from 2012.

Webber was named the Atlantic Sun Runner of the Week four times this season, marking a conference record.  After capturing the conference title, he was also named the Atlantic Sun Runner of the Year.
