Guillaume Berman teamed up in the No. 2 doubles flight to defeat Xavier's Patrick Bandy and Philip Diaz, 8-6. In singles action,
Pierce Kohls took the first set from Xavier's Mesa Mei in the No. 2 flight, but Mei was able to pull out the victory in a 10-5 super tiebreaker victory.
NKU (1-4) hosts its first match in almost a month on Saturday, when the men and women both welcome Western Kentucky to the Five Seasons Sports Club. First serve is scheduled for 6 p.m.
