HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – The Northern Kentucky men's soccer team made it back-to-back wins when it took down Bradley on Friday night, 5-0, at NKU Soccer Stadium.
"It was an absolutely magnificent performance and the type of showing we had expected to see more regularly this season," said head coach Stu Riddle. "We're in good form right now and are all looking forward to next week's match against Oakland"

MATCH SUMMARY
- The Norse caught the Braves off guard to begin the match as Gianni Bouzoukis fed one to Alex Willis, who was in dangerous position and pelted in a goal in the seventh minute.
- NKU kept the gas pedal on the floor after the goal and had multiple opportunities by the 20-minute mark to increase the lead, but Bradley soon found its footing through substitutions.
- Stian Jørgensen was given a yellow card in the 39th minute.
- NKU's offense found another gear in the second half. In the 64th and 65th minutes, the Norse had two corner-kick tries and three excellent shot opportunities.
- Willis extended the Norse advantage thanks to an assist from Justin Earle in the 70th minute.
- Just 23 seconds later, Willis passed it over in the final third to Greive, who drilled a shot from the far-right corner of the penalty area into the net, bringing NKU to a 3-0 lead.
- The Norse continued finding great opportunities late in the match and capitalized on them. Bouzoukis furthered the lead to 4-0 in the 85th minute when Greive dished to him just feet in front of the goalkeeper.
- 22 seconds after the Bouzoukis goal, Will Hunt sent the ball over to Greive, who was in the same spot as his first goal. In nearly a replay of his earlier goal, Greive crushed a shot into the net and gave NKU a 5-0 advantage in the closing minutes.
NORSE NOTES
- This is back-to-back braces for Greive. He has scored a goal in eight of the last 10 matches for the Norse. He currently has 1.07 goals per match, which is second in the NCAA and would be a Norse single-season record if the season ended today.
- Willis picked up his first brace of the season.
- Earle had his first college assist tonight over a Division I opponent.
- Bouzoukis' goal is his second of the year.
- This is the most goals scored against Bradley since the Braves lost to San Diego by a 5-2 margin in 2014.
