  • McFarland led off the fourth inning with a double to right center and was driven in by a single to center field by Lawson. Madi Mulder later grounded out to the shortstop, allowing Lawson to cross the plate.
  • NKU took the lead in the fifth inning as Toree Stalter drew a walk to reach base and was driven in thanks to another McFarland double to right field. Lawson drove McFarland in once more with a single to the Green Bay pitcher.
  • The Norse added a pair of insurance runs in the sixth as Rocco led off with a single to right center and was driven in off a single to left field by Isabell Alexander. Alexander then scored off a double to left field by Stalter.
