DAYTON, Ohio – The Northern Kentucky women's tennis team was defeated Friday afternoon by the University of Dayton, 5-2. NKU drops to 1-2 overall this season, while Dayton improves to 3-3 on the year. 

Match Notables

• The duo of Maria Koo and Laura Sola Grau picked up the lone doubles win for the Norse today, defeating Pagie Kompa and Neena Katauskas 6-3. 
• Koo was equally impressive in her singles match as she took down Katauskas 6-0, 6-1. 
• Sylvia Gray earned NKU an additional point in this match, defeating Kompa in singles action 6-2, 6-3.
