HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky Athletics has announced that it will broadcast 18 home contests this Fall that will be featured nationwide on the ESPN+ platform.
ESPN+, the largest online sports streaming service in the United States with over 14.9 million subscribers, will feature seven matches for NKU volleyball, six contests for women's soccer and five matches with men's soccer.
ESPN's digital platforms have been the home for the Horizon League's streamed events since the 2014-14 academic year. More than 200 regular season events and the men's and women's soccer and volleyball championships will all be available on ESPN+ this Fall.
NKU fans and supporters
can sign up to ESPN+ for just $9.99 a month, or $99.99 per year, at ESPN.com, ESPNplus.com or on the ESPN app on mobile and connect devices. It is also available as part of The Disney Bundle that gives subscribers access to Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu, that
starts as low as $13.99 a month.
Northern Kentucky's first fall broadcast will take place for the women's soccer home-opener against Dayton on Thursday, August 25 at 7 PM ET. Fans will then be treated to a soccer doubleheader on Sunday, August 28 at 4 PM for men's soccer against Southern Indiana and 7 PM for women's soccer hosting Louisville.
The volleyball broadcast schedule gets underway on Tuesday, October 4 as NKU welcomes conference foe Wright State to Highland Heights at 6 PM.
The full 2022 NKU ESPN+ broadcast schedule can be found below. Potential home postseason contests could be added to the schedule and will also be broadcast nationwide on ESPN+.
