NORSE NOTES
- Gerl posted his best outing of the year, tossing 7.0 innings of shut out baseball. He recorded a season-high eight strikeouts against the Panthers along with just four hits and two walks. Gerl lowered his earned run average down to 6.35 overall while picking up his second victory of the season.
- Moss continues to control the base paths this season, stealing another two bases today against the Panthers for his 14th of the season and ranks 11th overall in the country in the stat category. He is additionally a perfect 14-for-14 in stolen bases this year as well.
- The Norse currently hold down first place in the Horizon League with a 2-0 overall conference record and are the only program with a winning record at 10-7 as well.
- Fisher got off a an incredible start to the weekend through two games, posting 7 RBI, 5 hits, 3 home runs, 3 runs scored and 1 double.

Northern Kentucky Baseball will look to wrap up the series with Milwaukee tomorrow, Saturday, March 18 from Friendship Field at the Bill Aker Baseball Complex. Game time is currently scheduled for 1 PM (ET) between the Norse and the Panthers, weather permitting.
