NORSE NOTES
- Vorhees showed off his power today against the Knights, belting two home runs to help fuel the Norse to the nonconference win. This was the first career multi-home run game for Vorhees in a Norse uniform, his 14th in his NKU career and four total on the season.
- Maniglia helped shut down Bellarmine late in this game, tossing 2.0 innings to pick up his first career collegiate win. Casey has earned a pair of saves for the Norse earlier this season, but was able to secure his first victory with yet another impressive outing on the mound out of the bullpen.
- Fisher continued to flex his muscles at the plate, mashing his sixth home run of the season this afternoon for NKU. Noah's six homer's in 2023 is now tied for first on the team with Liam McFadden Ackman as well.
- The Norse have put up impressive numbers offensively all season, leading the Horizon Leading in overall batting average at .299, leading in total runs scored with 187, total hits with 238 and total RBI at 177 as well.

Northern Kentucky Baseball finally returns home this weekend as the Norse will welcome their rival Wright State to the Bill Aker Baseball Complex. NKU and the Raiders will meet in a three-game series beginning Friday, March 31 at 2 PM ET from Friendship Field.
