HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse softball wrapped up the NKU Invitational on Sunday, taking another run-rule loss, its fourth in three days.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- UNI scored one in the first, but NKU responded with four in the bottom half of the frame. Northern Iowa then scored 16 unanswered runs to end the game, including two in the second and six in the sixth.
- NKU recorded six hits in 25 at-bats, with four of those coming in the first inning. The Norse allowed 13 UNI hits and 11 walks on the day.

Emma Ginn was the only Northern Kentucky player to record multiple hits, going 2-2 with a walk, a double, and two RBI.
