HIGHLAND HEIGHTS, Ky. – Northern Kentucky University Norse men's volleyball continued conference action on Thursday evening, taking on #15 Lewis at home. The Norse took the first set, but then dropped the next two sets to fall down 2-1. NKU bounced back with a fourth-set victory, but lost the fifth by a score of 15-8 as the Norse still search for its first conference victory.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
– Northern Kentucky was out-hit .328-.153 in the match, and was bested in every major category except service aces, which the Norse led 11-9. 
– Three Norse posted double-digit kills, as Griffin Wheatley, JD Diaz, and Will McElveen all had 1 or more kills. Wheatley finished with 12 kills and seven digs, while Diaz & McElveen posted double-doubles. Diaz finished the night with 11 kills, 11 digs, and three aces, while McElveen had ten kills and 11 digs. 
– Chase Alyea posted an attacking line of 5-0-8 on the night. 
– Nick Whitley had 37 assists with two aces, three total blocks, and five digs.
