AT NKU: Enters his second season with the Norse...talented player who will see time as a designated hitter and in the outfield. 2009: Played in 48 games with 43 starts, 40 of those as the DH…hit .324 with six home runs and 23 RBI…tied a single-game record with three home runs, including the walk-off game-winner, in a 6-4 win over Bellarmine on April 4…maintained an 11-game hitting streak from April 15-26, hitting .405 (17-for-42) over the span and driving in 10 runs.

BEFORE NKU: A transfer from Ball State...saw action in 68 games over two seasons for the Cardinals...hit .271 with five home runs and 35 RBIs during the span.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished his career at Andrean High School as the school's all-time leader for career batting average (.478), career slugging percentage (.806), and the single season leader in hits (54) as well as doubles (18)…as a junior, helped lead the Fighting 59ers to the school's first state championship in baseball...coached by Dave Pishkur.
