2015(XC): Ran a seasn best 5000-meters at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Cross Country Invitational with a time of 25:46.0...at the Queen City Invite he ran a 6K in 19:11.2 in September...finished 29th at the Horion League Cross Country Championships in the 8K with a time of 26:09.9

2014(XC): His season best in the 5000-meter run came at the Queen City Invitational where he recorded a time of 17:19.27...in the Atlantic Sun Conference Championships, he ran the 8000-meter run in 25:48.00...his season best time in the Four Mile Run came at the Blue Ridge Open where he recorded a time of 21:59.46

2014(T&F): Ran a personal best indoor 3000-meter time of 9:07.03 at the Indianapolis Relays...became a steady participant in the 3000-meter steeplechase, clocking in a season best time of 10:29.60 at the Bellarmine Classic.
2013(XC): Was named to the Atlantic Sun all-freshman team...finished in 27th-place at the Atlantic Sun Championships with a personal best 8K time of 26:28.14...ran a personal best in the 5K at the Queen City Invitational of 16:10.62...named the team's Top Newcomer by head coach Steve Kruse.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Northfield High School (Ind.)...ran a personal best in the 3200 meter of 9:36.31 at the Indiana State Championships as a junior...placed first in the Region in the 5K his senior year with a time of 16:01.37...was also a member of the high school wrestling team.
