AT NKU: Begins his fifth year with the Norse…voted a team captain by his teammates…currently seventh all-time at NKU with 22 home runs…will start at first base...All-American with power to all field, good speed and solid defense…will challenge for All-America honors. 2009: GLVC Player of the Year…ABCA and Daktronics Midwest Region Player of the Year…ABCA third-team All-American…ESPN the Magazine Academic All-American second-team honoree…ABCA Gold Glove recipient…started 61 of NKU’s 63 games…hit .355 with a team-high 15 home runs and 55 RBI…added 17 doubles and scored 58 runs…set a single-season mark with 45 walks, ranking 11th nationally…led all NKU infielders with a .990 fielding percentage…led the Norse with a .670 slugging percentage. 2008: Played in 46 games with 45 starts…compiled a .336 batting average with five home runs, 29 RBI and 25 walks…hit .375 (9-for-24) with two doubles, two home runs and 10 RBIs in the GLVC Tournament to lead the Norse to a conference title. 2007: Started 42 of the 48 games in which he played…batted .316 with six doubles, two triples, two home runs, and 25 RBI…didn’t commit an error in 244 chances throughout the season…hit first collegiate home run on March 4 at Florida Southern…highlighted a 2-for-5 performance with a home run against Tampa…went 4-for-4 including a double and scored two runs as NKU defeated Lewis 5-0 on April 6. 2006: Sat out season as a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2005 graduate of Bishop Brossart High School...earned all-region honors as a Mustang...batted .500 (43-of-86) during the regular-season in 2005 with 29 RBI and 32 runs scored...named the Class A Player of the Year by the Northern Kentucky Baseball Coaches Association as a senior.
