AT NKU: Zac enters his third season with the Norse, looking to continue his strong performances in distance events.

2013(XC): Named to the second-team All-Atlantic Sun following a 14th-place finish and personal best 8K time of 25:56.2 at the Atlantic Sun Championships...ran the 5K in a personal best time of 15:44.2 at the Queen City Invitational.

2013(T&F): Zac was named A-Sun All-Academic following the Indoor and Outdoor seasons...set the NKU record and finished 1st in the Distance Medley Relay at the Cedarville Invitational with a time of 10:39.62...ran a personal best in the 5,000-meter of 15:32.31 at the Alabama Relays.
2012(XC): Finished 31st and set a personal best in the 8K at the A-Sun Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:20.50...ran the 5K in 16:29.60 at the Queen City Invitiational.

2012(T&F): Ran a personal best of 2:02.10 in the 800-meter at the EKU Open...placed 8th in the DMR at he GLVC Indoor Championships...set a personal best in the mile at 4:34.95 at the DePauw Indoor Invitational.
2011(XC): Ran the 5K in a season best 16:36.50 at the Queen City Invitational...posted a career best 8K time of 28:18.00 at the Sea Earl Lakefront Invitational...ran the Mountaineer Open 6.4K in 21.36.30.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Bishop Brossart High School...holds school records in the 1,500-meter (4:22.94), 5,000-meter (16:00.34), one-mile (4:46.47) and two-mile (10:17.09)...named Northern Kentucky Runner of the Year in 2010...earned All-Kentucky first-team honors and was named an Academic All-State honoree the same season...also earned teh National Guard Leadership Award at the Kentucky State cross country meet his senior year.
