Why is NKU Athletics making changes to season ticket contributions?
NKU Athletics regularly reviews ticket pricing, attendance trends and fan feedback to help balance fan experience and support for our student-athletes.
These updates are designed to simplify seating options, reduce contribution costs in key sections and create more flexibility for fans while continuing to support a competitive Division I athletics program.
What is changing for the upcoming season?
- Sections 101-103 and 110-112 will move to a contribution level of $150 per seat (plus ticket cost)
- Second-row courtside seat contributions will decrease from $800 to $500 per seat (plus ticket cost)
- Many seating areas will continue to have no required seat contribution
- We are concentrating attendance in the lower bowl of Truist Arena to create an electric, exciting atmosphere for our fans and players alike
Will all seats require a contribution?
- No. Contributions will not be required for:
- Sections 104-109
- Youth season tickets (ages 3 to 17)
- Norse Kids Club Tickets (ages 12 and under)
- Accessible seating areas (Row ACU)
Are affordable ticket options still available?
- Yes. Â Our tickets are competitively priced. NKU Athletics will continue offering a variety of options including:
- Non-contribution seating areas
- Mini plans
- Group tickets
- Single-game tickets
Will current season ticket holders keep their seats?
- Current season ticket holders will continue to have priority access to renew their existing seats during the renewal process.

I had season tickets in the past, can I return?
- Yes! Former season ticket holders are encouraged to contact the ticket office to review available seating options, including the possibility of returning to the previous seats if available.
How does ticket revenue support student athletes?
- Revenue from tickets, contributions and sponsorships help support:
- Scholarships
- Team travel
- Nutrition and sports medicine
- Equipment and uniforms
- Academic support
- Student-athlete development
Are payment plans available?
Yes. Payment plans are available for both season tickets and applicable contributions. Payment plans for ticket costs may be set up in a customer’s My Norse Account. Payment plans for contributions may be set up through the Foundation’s site. Ticket holders may also contact the Norse Athletics Ticket Office to be set up on a payment plan for both ticket costs and contributions.

Are there exclusive benefits included with season ticket purchases and/or seat contributions?
- Yes. Season ticket holders and qualifying Go Norse Fund donors will receive access to exclusive benefits and experiences throughout the season. Benefits like:
