AT NKU: Enters her junior season with the Norse...will bring experience and leadership while competing in long distance events.
2013(XC): Had a breakout season, ran a season best 5K of 19:24.4 at the Commodore Classic...finished in 39th-place with a time of 19:47.6 at the Atlantic Sun Cross Country Championships...ran a career best 6K time of 22:41.7, finishing a season best 29th-place at the Charlotte Invitational.
2013(T&F): Part of the school record setting Outdoor 4x1,500-meter relay team that finished in 20:44.82 at the Sea Ray Relays...frequented the 5,000-meter, placing 11th at the Indoor A-Sun Championships and 12th a the Outdoor A-Sun Championships...set a personal best 18:22.04 in the 5,000-meter at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational.
2012(XC): Finished the 5K in a personal best time of 19:16.30, finishing 36th, at the A-Sun Cross Country Championships...finished in a personal high 30th-place at the Queen City Invitational 5K.
2012(T&F): Mostly ran the 5,000-meter finishing in 5th-place on two occasions at the Cumberlands Track & Field Invitational and the Mount Saint Joseph's Invitational...ran the 5,000-meter in a season best 19:15.78 at the EKU Open.
2011(XC): Finished in 2nd-place at the Greenseboro Cross Country Invitational 5K with a time of 20:17:05...ran a season best 6K time of 23:02.50 at the GLVC Championships, claiming 19th-place...ran a personal best 5K of 18:58.00. at the Sea Earl Lakefront Invitational in Chicago.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Muhlenberg County High School...two-time state qualifier in the 3,200-meter...won a Regional Championship in the 3,200-meter during her senior season...ran the 5K in a personal best 19:55.57 at the Cross Country Youth Coaches Championships as a senior.
