2017: Started in seven of the 19 games that he played in during the season…Had a .276 batting average with eight hits, nine runs, five RBI and a home run…Also recorded nine walks on the year…Finished the season with a .462 on base percentage and a .379 slugging percentage…Went 1-for-2 at the plate with three runs scored and two RBI against Eastern Kentucky on March 21.

2016: Started in 18 games, appearing in 26 total … made eight starts as the designated hitter, five at left field and five at second base … batted .254 (18-for-71) on the year … went 4-for-6 in pinch hitting situations and batted .406 (13-for-32) with runners on base … registered eight RBI and scored seven runs.

PRIOR TO NKU: Amann is a 2012 graduate of Moeller High School, where he was named the Greater Catholic League South Co-Athlete of the Year after helping lead the Crusaders to the 2012 Division I State Championship ... recorded a .376 batting average as a senior with eight doubles and eight triples, which set the single-season school record ... scored 20 times, drove in 18 runs and stole eight bases in 2012 ... also received first-team All-GCL accolades his final two seasons, and earned first-team all-state honors during his high school career ... at Sinclair CC, Amann posted a .324 average across 39 games ... he raked in 23 RBI and drew 29 walks to just 12 strikeouts across 111 at bats.
