2017: Made 42 starts in 47 appearances…Batted .278 on the year with 42 hits, 24 runs, seven doubles and a home run…Also had 23 RBI and one stolen base…Finished the season with a .375 on base percentage and .344 slugging percentage…also had a .968 fielding percentage during the year…Had a 3-for-5 performance and a season-high five RBI against Milwaukee on March 18.
2016: Saw action in all but seven games as a junior, totaling 47 appearances and 44 starts at second base and eight appearances as a pitcher … batted .269 (39-for-145) with 10 RBI … scored 25 runs and reached base in 37 of his 42 offensive appearances after a team-leading 12 hit by pitches, good for second in the Horizon League … had six multi-hit games including a 3-for-4 showing against Western Illinois on March 6 … recorded five errors in 177 total chances for a .973 fielding percentage … made eight pitching appearances and four starts … accrued a 6.90 ERA and 0-2 record in 30.0 innings pitched with 15 strikeouts and five walks … tossed a season-high 8.0 innings with two runs, four strikeouts and one walk against HL opponent Oakland on March 25 … threw 2.2 scoreless relief innings with one hit and two strikeouts against UIC (April 10).
2015: Appeared in all but five contests for the Norse, making 43 starts and splitting time between shortstop and second base … posted a .276 batting average in 156 at bats … fifth on the team in hits with 43 including 11 multi-hit games … third-best in RBI with 23 … issued a 3-for-4 performance with an RBI at Ohio State (March 11) … drove in a season-high four runs at Xavier after going 3-for-5 with a double, a run scored and a walk (March 28) … went 4-for-5 with a pair of RBI at USC Upstate on April 25 … posted a .952 fielding percentage and turned 29 double plays.
2014: Saw action both in the infield and on the mound for NKU...batted .281 with five doubles, 14 RBIs and 20 runs scored over 49 games...led the team by being hit by a pitch 13 times...recorded a .955 fielding percentage...topped the pitching staff with a 5.65 earned run average...posted a 1-5 record over 36.2 innings pitched in 11 appearances, including five starts on the mound...collected 19 strikeouts and walked just 10 batters...earned first collegiate victory over Butler on May 7...named to the Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshmen Team.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Niles West High School in Skokie, Ill....only the second four-year varsity starter for the Wolves...finished his senior year with a .974 fielding percentage after only committing two errors during the 2013 season...named to the Voyager Media All-Area team last season...received Pioneer Press Newcomer of the Year honors as a freshman and has also received Central Suburban League South All-Conference and Sun-Times All-Area accolades...coached by Garry Gustafson.
