2019: Named the recipient of the Herb Foster Sportsmanship Award for the second season … Horizon League All-Academic Team … Earned Horizon League Player of the Week on Jan. 22 and was on the Doubles Team of the Week on March 26 … Went 7-9 in singles play, holding down the No. 3 singles spot during the Horizon League slate … Posted a 6-8 doubles record, including a 5-7 mark with Nathan Schwartz as the duo became the team’s top tandem later in the season.
2018: Named the recipient of the Herb Foster Sportsmanship Award ... Went 2-13 in dual action, including 2-6 in the No. 2 doubles spot ... Picked up three wins in doubles, including a key victory over Green Bay's James Ling and Florian Kraenzler in the No. 1 spot with Andrew Niehaus, 7-5.
2017: Went 5-4 overall and 4-3 in dual matches, primarily playing in the No. 6 singles spot ... Had a win in No. 2 doubles against Dayton, paired with Adrian Isache in a 6-4 win over Jordan Benjamin and Lorenzo Rollhauser.
2016: Played 13 singles matches and posted a 3-10 overall record on the year including a 2-9 dual match record … split his time between the No. 4 and 5 singles flights in his rookie season at NKU … went 1-4 overall in doubles, including a 1-1 mark at the No. 2 doubles flight … posted singles wins over Furman and Findlay and defeated Tennessee State at No. 2 doubles with partner Jody Maginley.
PRIOR TO NKU: Carr was a four-year varsity letterwinner at Pickerington North High School … earned Columbus Dispatch Player of the Week honors on two occasions … named OCC Player of the Year as a senior … helped lead his high school to the OCC championships during his four years … went to Junior Tennis Nationals in 2010 and 2014, with his team placing 13th in 2010 and 5th in 2014.
