Doors Open
The Bank of Kentucky Center opens its doors approximately one hour prior to tip off for NKU basketball games. The Alice Sparks Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and two hours before every NKU basketball game.

Accessible Seating
Wheelchair accessible seats are available in select price levels. One companion ticket may be purchased with each wheelchair accessible ticket. Please indicate when purchasing tickets if you require accessible seating. ADA seating may be purchased on the floor so long as there are floor seats available on an aisle. All requests for ADA seating on the floor should be directed to the Alice Sparks Ticket Office no later than 24 hours prior to the event. Will-Call Policy
When purchasing tickets by phone or online, you may choose to pick them up at the Alice Sparks Ticket Office. Please be prepared to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo I.D. Photo identification is required to pick up tickets.

Resale of tickets
The resale of event tickets on the grounds of the The Bank of Kentucky Center is strictly prohibited. To avoid issues with counterfeit, stolen, void, or other invalid tickets, tickets should only be purchased from an authorized Ticketmaster outlet or the Alice Sparks Ticket Office.

Children's Admission
Children ages 2 and under do not require a ticket to attend NKU basketball games provided they sit on the lap of an adult throughout the game.

Tailgating
Tailgating is defined as parking in a designated area while consuming food and beverages (alcohol is permitted) prior to events held at the Bank of Kentucky Center and other University Athletic Facilities. Those interested in tailgating must contact the NKU Parking Services Office at least 24 hours prior to the game/event at phone number (859) 572-5505 or by email at parkingservices@nku.edu. The Parking Services office will manage both the reservations and event day's activities of the tailgating lot. There is a fee of $10 per stall reserved, with a minimum of two stalls, for any group reservation.
