2018: Made 50 starts in 51 appearances this season, which both ranked second on the team…Hit at a .291 clip, which ranked second on the team among qualified hitters…Recorded 57 hits, 50 RBIs, 39 runs, nine doubles and 12 homers on the season…Led the team in RBIs and was second on the team in homers…Had 13 multi-RBI games and 15 multi-hit games, which ranked first and second on the team, respectively…Named to the All-Horizon League Second Team and was one of 30 candidates for the 2018 Senior CLASS Award.
2017 All-Horizon League First Team
2017: Started in 47 of the 56 games that he played in during the season…Had 49 hits on the year, including 15 doubles, two triples and six home runs…Scored 33 runs and recorded 36 RBI…Had a .455 slugging percentage and a .329 on base percentage…Named to the All-Horizon League First Team.
PRIOR TO NKU:Â Roberts concluded the fall 2015 season at Sinclair CC near the top in every offensive category after playing at Marshall University in 2015 ... while at Marshall, Roberts batted .304 with seven RBI across 25 appearances and 10 starts as a freshman ... posted a .286 average and a team-high 30 RBI with the Prospect League's Chillicothe Paints in the summer of 2015 ... in 2016, Roberts posted a .352 average with 13 home runs, 67 RBI, 65 runs scored and seven stolen bases in 62 games played at Sinclair CC ... had a .446 on-base percentage and .648 slugging percentage ... Â was an all-region and all-conference honoree at Sinclair ... played for the Hurricanes at Wilmington High School under head coach Rick Kneisel ... posted a .420 average with 14 runs and 13 RBI as a senior and had a .519 batting average his junior year.
