Pat Hyde joined the Northern Kentucky staff as an assistant coach in August 2018, previously serving as a volunteer assistant coach for the Norse from 2016-2018.
Prior to joining the Norse, Hyde was the head coach of the Cincinnati Steam, a Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League program, in the summers of 2015-16, and was an assistant coach at St. Catharine College from 2014-15, helping the team reach its first-ever regional appearance in 2015.
Hyde is no stranger to Northern Kentucky as he was a catcher for the Norse from 2010-13, serving as the team captain during his time on campus. Hyde earned his bachelor's degree in organizational leadership in 2013 and obtained his master's in health promotion leadership from St. Catharine College in 2015.
