AT NKU: Enters his second season at NKU…extremely talented left-handed pitcher with valuable experience at the NCAA Division I level…will return to the starting rotation to follow up an all-conference performance. 2009: Third-team All-GLVC honoree…pitched in 11 games with 10 starts…went 3-4 with a 3.40 ERA and 47 strikeouts in 47 2/3 innings of work…got a complete-game 5-1 victory over Bellarmine on April 5, giving up three hits and striking out 10 without a walk on just 82 pitches.

BEFORE NKU: Appeared in 18 games with two starts over three seasons…pitched a total of 30 innings…made collegiate debut on Feb. 24, 2007, against Southern Mississippi…made first career start against Big Ten rival Iowa on May 5, 2007.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2006 graduate of Lawrence Central High School…posted a 6-2 record in each of his two varsity seasons…averages 10.2 strikeouts per game and had a meager 1.40 ERA as a senior…awarded honorable mention accolades on both the All-Marion County Team and on the Indianapolis Star All-North Team…was a two-time All-Conference Indiana selection in each of his final two seasons…coached by Dan Roman.
