A 6-foot two-way player (pitcher - outfield) from Franklin, Indiana.
During his junior season at Franklin Community, he posted a batting average of .388 overall, scoring 21 runs, while driving in 28 as well.
Devenport totaled 11 doubles, 11 stolen bases and two home runs during that junior season also.
During his high school career, he has earned numerous accolades including all-conference, all-county, all-central and Utility Player of the Year.
