  • Started 13 times across 15 appearances on the bump
  • Worked 52.1 innings, notching a 6.15 ERA and 40 strikeouts
  • PIcked up wins against Miami-Hamilton and Oakland en route to a 2-6 overall mark
Prior to NKU
  • Right-handed pitcher out of Henry Clay High School in Lexington, Kentucky, where he played for head coach Jordan Tarrence
  • During senior season,  had a 4-2 record on the mound with an outstanding 1.08 ERA, which was the fourth-lowest in school history
  • Struck out 67 batters in 45.1 innings pitched, allowing just 18 walks
  • Earned the Most Valuable Pitcher award, which was voted on by his high school teammates in both his junior and senior seasons
  • Was also selected Third Team All-State during his senior season
  • In addition to on-field accomplishments, also earned Academic All-State honors for four years, maintained the highest GPA on baseball team in both junior and senior seasons, and received the Best Male Sportsmanship Award out of all student-athletes at his high school
