  • Made 18 appearances on the mound for NKU, tossing 16.1 innings 
  • Picked up three saves
  • Fanned three hitters twice, Feb. 21 at ETSU and March 5 at Wright State
2020
  • Worked 9.0 innings in seven appearances
  • Struck out three Musketeers on March 4
2019
  • Tossed 17.2 innings across 11 games and two starts for the Norse
  • Registered a 5.55 ERA
  • Fanned a season-high three batters against Miami (Ohio)
Prior to NKU
  • Came to NKU by way of Union, Kentucky as a right-handed pitcher out of Cooper High School
  • Pitched 23.1 innings and sported a 0.95 ERA senior year of HS
  • Struck out 41 batters, while allowing just four walks
  • Went 3-0 on the year and also recorded two saves
  • In addition to his success on the mound, also batted .353 at the plate with 16 RBI, 11 runs and nine stolen bases
  • Named to the 33rd District All-Tournament Team for his efforts.

"Tyler is an outstanding athlete from Cooper High School right here in Northern Kentucky.  He will be a pitcher for us, but in high school, he doubles as their starting shortstop.  An excellent basketball player as well, we look forward to signing quality athletes like him.  He is a very intense player, and we look for huge things from him immediately.  His fastball sits in the upper 80's, and he will just keep getting better with his work ethic.  Prep Baseball Report has him ranked as the 27th overall player in Kentucky."
