OUTDOOR: Finished third in the 1500m and set a PR with a time of 4:18.19 at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight...Posted a PR in the 5000m with a time of 15:56.94 at the RedHawk Invitational...Posted a PR in the 10k with a time of 32:56.44 at the Horizon League Championships.

INDOOR: Placed 14th and set a PR in the 3000m with a time of 9:27.76 at the Mastodon Invitational on February 12...Set a personal-record in the 5000m with a time of 16:43.24 at the Horizon League Championships.

CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a personal-best in the 4.5m at the Golden Eagle Invitational with a time of 25:35.8...Posted a personal-best in the 8k at the Horizon League Championship with a time of 28:08.0.

Prior to NKU: Placed 1st in the 1600m at the Trimble County Open on April 13, 2019...Earned the gold medal at the Region 4 AAA 1600m in 2018...Earned the silver medal in the 3200m at the Oldham County Championships.
