2020-2021

OUTDOOR: Competed in four events on the season...Finished 10th in the 5000m at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight, setting a PR with a time of 16:05.57...PR'd in both the 800m (2:04.47) and 1500m (4:15.35) at the RedHawk Invitational...Finished 22nd in the 10,000m at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship, picking up a personal best of 33:03.62.

INDOOR: Finished ninth in the Mastodon Invitational on February 12 in the 3000m...Picked up two PRs at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, with a 3000m best time of 9:01.03 and a 5000m best time of 16:10.97.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in both regular-season meets on the season...Posted an 8k PR at the Belmont Opener with a time of 27:34.2...Posted a 4.5m PR at the Golden Eagle Invitational with a time of 25:55.8.

2019-2020

OUTDOOR: Did not compete this season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR: Posted a mile PR at the Indianapolis Team Invitational with a time of 4:44:64...Posted a 5000m PR at the John Gartland Invitational with a time of 16:58:51...Posted a 3000m PR at the Horizon League Indoor Championship with a time of 9:15:28.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all 7 races for the Norse...Posted a 5K PR at the Queen City Invitational with a time of 17:09.30...Finished the season with a 8K best at the Horizon League Championship posting a time of 28:08.50.

PRIOR TO NKU: Under Coach Steve Cotherman at East Central High School, Ardis collected All-Conference (3x) and All-Sectional (2x) honors in the Eastern Indiana Athletic Conference. In track Ardis finished third in the Best of the West, posting a time of 10:31 in the 3200m. He also placed third in the East Central Invitational running a 2:07 in the 800m.
