INDOOR: At the Horizon League Championship, posted a 5,000m indoor season best of 16:00.84...Ran a season-best in the 3,000m of 9:06.63 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational. 

CROSS COUNTRY 2017: Ran an 8K season-best at the Stegmoller Classic of 28:37.30...Notched a 5K season-best  of 16:22.60 at the Queen City Invitational...Posted an 8K time of 28:47.20 at the Horizon League Championship. 

2016-17
OUTDOOR: Notched an outdoor season-best in the 5,000m of 16:11.88 at the Oliver Nikolof Invitational...Posted a 3,000m time of 9:23.93 at the Tennessee Rust Buster...At the Hilltopper Relays, posted an 800m time of 2:10.27 and 1,500m time of 4:19.23.

INDOOR: At the Thundering Herd Invitational, ran an indoor season-best in the 3,000m of 9:09.04...Ran a 5,000m season-best of 16:12.16 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational. 

CROSS COUNTRY 2016: Competed in four meets...Notched a season-best 6K time of 20:43.60 at the Queen City Invitational...Ran a season-best 8K of 28:42.60 at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship...At the Notre Dame Joe Paine Invitational, ran a season-best 5K time of 27:58.10.

Prior to NKU: Competed at George Washington High School.
