OUTDOOR: Posted a PR in the 3000m with a time of 9:56.05 in the Blizzard Buster...Finished seventh in the 800m and posted a personal-best with a time of 2:25.32 at the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational.

INDOOR: Did not compete

CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in the Horizon League Championships, finishing the 8k with a time of 30:50.0.

2019-2020

OUTDOOR: Did not compete this season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR: Posted a personal-best mile time of 4:41:08 in the Mastodon Opener...Posted a personal best 5000m of 16:29:94 in the John Gartland Invitational to take home 5th place...Posted a personal-best 3000m time of 9:10:77 in the Horizon League Championship to take home 24th place.

CROSS COUNTRY: Posted a personal-best 8K time of 26:18.30 at the Horizon League Championship to take home 38th place.

Prior to NKU: Earned varsity letters in soccer, golf, cross country, track and field and swimming at Heath High School... Cross country- three first team all-league...three first team all-district...three-time state qualifier...Track and Field- eight-time league champion...four-time all-district...three-time state Qualifier...State Champ in the 4x8...national qualifier in the 4x8 and have the third fastest division II 4x8 time in state history...Indoor Track- State Champion in the 4x4...4x800 won the State Championship with a time of 7:47.56...4x400 won the indoor State with a time of 3:28...honor roll for four years...earned academic All-Ohio eight times.
