Alex Doss joined the Northern Kentucky University golf program as a graduate assistant beginning in September of 2023.
Doss is no stranger to Northern Kentucky as he remains with Norse Golf as a graduate assistant heading into the 2023-24 season. He came to NKU in 2018 and spent the past five years as a member of the Norse golf team. He is a three-time Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-America Scholars for NCAA Division I, along with being a two-time All-Horizon League selection.
Doss finished his Norse career with a 77.3 finish percentage, the second highest for a Northern Kentucky golfer during the NCAA Division l era.Â
Prior to NKU, Doss was a standout golfer at Campbellsville High School where he led the golf squad to several All "A" Classic regional championships including a second-place finish at the All "A" Classic state tournament, which was best outing in program history. Doss is a former All "A" Classic regional and state championship.
