Scott Lamont

Scott Lamont completed his first season as an assistant coach at NKU. He helped lead the team to a winning 7-6-4 record in the 2017 campaign.

Lamont joined the Norse staff after serving as assistant men's soccer coach at Bethany College (2015-2017). As a student-athlete, the Edinburgh, Scotland, native played for Queens College in Queens, New York, where he also earned a bachelor of arts in studio art and graphic design (2014). Lamont also holds a masters in art in teaching (2017) from Bethany College and Early Touches Level 1 and Level 2 Certificates (2009) from the Scottish Football Association.
 
In his post-collegiate playing career, Lamont saw action with South Hobart FC (2014) and Ballarat Red Devils (2015) of the National Premier League (Australia). While with South Hobart in 2014, the team won the League, League Cup and Lakoseljac Cup. Lamont most recently played with the Cincinnati Dutch Lions (2016).
