OUTDOOR: Earned gold twice at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship in the 3000m Steeple with a career-best time of 9:03.41 as well as the 1500m with a time of 3:53.80...Ran a season-best 1500 of 3:51.18 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.

INDOOR: Placed in the top three in all individual events during the indoor season including three golds with one being at the 2019 Horizon League Indoor Championship in the 5000m...Took bronze in the 3000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship.

CROSS COUNTRY: Took fourth at the Horizon League Cross Country Championship to earn first team accolades...Set a new personal-best 8K time at the Jenna Strong Invitational where he earned third place with a time of 24:48.6.

2017-18
OUTDOOR: Took bronze at the Horizon League Outdoor Track and Field Championship in the steeplechase in a time of 9:19.61 earning All-Horizon League honors...Ran a season-best in the 3,000m steeplechase of 9:10.61 in a second place finish at the Jesse Owens Classic...Ran a season-best in the 1,500m of 3:58.42 at the Jesse Owens Classic. 

INDOOR: Placed eighth at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational in the 3,000m with a time of 8:28.56...Took sixth in the 5,000m at the Horizon League Indoor Championship with a time of 14:56.94...Named to the 2018 Horizon League Indoor Track and Field All-Academic Team.

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Second Team All-Horizon League Cross Country honors placing 12th with an 8K time of 26:08.60...Took sixth at the Queen City Invitational with a 5K time of 5:14.10...Posted a 10K time of 31:15.80 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional...Named to the 2017 Horizon League Cross Country All-Academic Team.

2016-17 
OUTDOOR: Took second in the 1,500m at the Charleston Southern Spring Break Invite with a time of 3:59.89...Took fifth in the 3,000m steeplechase in a time of 9:30.25.

INDOOR: Ran a season-best 800m time of 1:58.40 at the Chipotle Marshall Invitational...Took ninth at the Horizon League Indoor Championship in the mile with a time of 4:14.39.

CROSS COUNTRY 2016: Took 12th at the Queen City Invitational posting a 6K time of 19:07.50...Posted at season-best 8K time of 26:00.8 at the High Point University Vert Cross Country Invitational...Ran a 10K time of 32:21.40 at the NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship.

Prior to NKU: Competed at Marysville High School.
