Biography
AT NKU: Enters NKU as a graduate student after completing his undergraduate degree at Eastern Kentucky University...will add solid depth and leadership to the young Norse squad.
2013(XC): Finished the Queen City 5K in 22nd-place with a time of 15:41.0...ran a season best and personal best in the 8K with a time of 26:19.7 at the Commordore Classic...ran the 8K at the Atlantic Sun Championships in 27:11.8, helping the Norse solidify a second place overall finish.
AT EKU: Finished 56th at the highly competitive Black Race at the Vanderbilt Commodore Classic with a time of 28:32.40 in the 8K ...as a senior, ran a personal best in the 8K at the Southeastern Cross Country Classic with a time of 28:27.19...placed 14th with a 5K time of 15:39 at the EKU vs. Marshall Relays his sophomore year...also competed on the Track & Field team at EKU...ran the mile in 4:23.75 at the OVC Championships in 2010...at the Raleigh Relays at North Carolina State, he ran a personal best in the 5K at 15:10.08...was part of the team that won the OVC Championship three times...was a two-time NCAA qualifier with the Colonels.
HIGH SCHOOL: At South Dearborn, he set two school records in the 1,600-meter and 3,200-meter with times of 4:26 and 9:24 respectively.
