Biography
AT NKU: Josh enters his junior year looking to build on a record setting sophomore season.
2013(XC): Set a season best 8K time of 26:40.3 at the Charlotte Invitational...finished in 47th-place at the Atlantic Sun Championships with a time of 27:18.3...ran a personal best in the 5K of 16:39.4 at the Flyer 5K.
2013(T&F): Josh was a part of three different school record setting teams in the Indoor DMR (10:39.62), Outdoor 4x1,500-meter (18:54.60), and Outdoor DMR (10:42.04)...also set the Outoor 400-meter record of 52.54 at the Bellarmine Invitational...finished 6th and set a personal best at the Bellarmine Classic in the 800-meter with a time of 1:58.57.
2012(XC): Ran the 5K in 17:41.40...set a personal best, finishing 22nd in the 8K with a time of 26:57.20 at the Great Louisville Classic.
2012(T&F): Set a personal record in the mile run with a time of 4:26.54 at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge...was a part of the 4x800-meter relay team that finished 1st at the Cumberlands Track & Field Invitational...set a personal best in the 1,500-meter of 4:04.33 at the GLVC Outdoor Championships.
2011(XC): Ran a season best 8K of 26.25.20 at the GLVC Cross Country Championships...finished in a season high 32nd-place at the Carnegie Mellon Invitationl 8K...ran the 10K at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships in 35:24.40.
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Elder High School in Cincinnati...holds three school records in the 1,600-meter (4:25.33), 5,000-meter (15:51.00) and three-mile (15:31.00)...named two-time Greater Catholic League Runner of the Year.
