AT NKU: Matt enters his junior year with the Norse coming off of a year of personal best performances.

2013(XC): Ran the 5K in a season best 18:21.3 at the Queen City Invitational...finished the Dayton Flyer 5K with a time of 18:49.6.

2013(T&F): Specializing in middle distances, he was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finish 4th in outdoor and 6th in indoor at the A-Sun Championships...set a personal best in the 800-meter of 2:01.34 at the Oliver Nickoloff Invitational...was part of the school record setting 4x800-meter relay team, at 9:08.51.
2012(XC): Ran the 5K in 17:29.70 at the Queen City Invitational...set a personal best time in the 8K of 27:11.90 at the Mountain Dew Gator Cross Country Invitational.

2012(T&F): Finished the 3,000-meter in 9:02.59 at the DePauw Invitational, finishing in 7th-place...set a personal best in the mile at 4:33.73 at the NCAA Division II Team Challenge...placed 8th atthe GLVC Indoor Championships in the DMR at 10:44.04.
2011(XC): Finished in a season high 23rd-place at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational 8K with a time of 26.48.78...finished the Mountaineer Open 6.4K in 34th-place with a time of 20:50.90...ran a season best 5K in 16:08.53 at the Queen City Invitational.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Mason High School...claimed 2nd-place at the State Championships in the 3,200-meter with a time of 9:22.33 after winning regionals with a personal-record time of 9:15.83...three-time first-team All-Conference selection.
