OUTDOOR: Finished first in the 3000m steeplechase at the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational...Set a personal-record in the 5000m with a time of 17:51.26 at the EKU Rick Erdmann Twilight...Earned silver and set a personal-record in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:52.11 at the Horizon League Championship.

INDOOR: Set a personal-record in the 3000m with a time of 10:40.34 at the Mastodon Invitational on February 12...Set a personal record in the 5000m with a time of 19:11.53 at the Horizon League Championships.

CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all three races...Picked up a personal-best in the 6k with a time of 23:21.7 at the Horizon League Championship.

2019-2020

OUTDOOR: Did not compete this season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR: Did not compete.

CROSS COUNTRY: Finished 14th at the Mountain to Sea Open with a personal-best 5K time of 19:09.50.

2018-19

OUTDOOR: Posted a personal-best in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Horizon League Outdoor Championship with a time of 11:46.37...Posting two personal-bests at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invitational running 2:45.94 in the 800m and 5:02.07 in the 1,500m...Took ninth at the Kentucky Invitational in the 5,000m running a time of 18:23.59.

INDOOR: Took fifth at the Akron Invitational in the 3,000m with a time of 10:48.63...Ran a person-best in the mile of 5:38.98 at the Mastodon Invitational.

CROSS COUNTRY: At the Horiozn League Championship, ran a personal-best 6K time of 23:28.60...Ran a season-best 5K of 19:33.20 at the Loyola Lakefront Collegiate Invitational.
