2020-2021

OUTDOOR: Set a personal-record in the 1500m with a time of 5:00.99 at the Redhawk Invitational...Set a personal-record in the 10,000m with a time of 38:22.16 at the Horizon League Championships.

INDOOR: Finished second and set a personal-record in the 3000m with a time of 10:19.09 at the Mastodon Invitational on February 12...Set a personal-record in the 5000m with a time of 18:13.30 at the Horizon League Championships.

CROSS COUNTRY: Earned Horizon League Athlete of the Week on February 23...Finished sixth in the 5k at the Golden Eagle Invitational. 

2019-2020

OUTDOOR: Did not compete this season due to COVID-19 pandemic.

INDOOR: Took third in the 3000m at the Mastodon Invitational with a personal-best time of 10:34.86...notched a personal-best time of 18:16.20 in the 5000m at the John Gartland Invitational.

CROSS COUNTRY: Top finisher for the Norse in all 7 races...Set a personal best 5K time of 18:11.00 at the Cedarville Friendship Invitational taking home 6th place...Finished 21st at the Horizon League Championships with a personal-best 6K time of 21:32.60.

PRIOR TO NKU: Cole competed for the Raiders of South Ripley High School under coach Jim Cole. She placed first in the Great Pumpkin Invitational 5k cross country event with a time of 18:48.5. Cole also earned first place honors at the IHSAA Shelbyville Regional in the 3200 outdoor track event with an 11:11.17 showing and at the Ohio River Valley Conference 1600 outdoor track event with a time of 5:17. Her mother and father, Karen and Jim, both ran cross country for NKU. Cole is majoring in biology.
