Jordan Stuempel joined the Northern Kentucky University sports medicine staff as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in July 2026. She currently serves as an athletic trainer for NKU's women's soccer and cross country & track and field programs.Â
A dual degree holder from Northern Kentucky University, Stuempel joined the Norse staff following graduation from NKU's Master's of Science in Athletic Training program, from which she graduated with a 4.0 GPA in May 2026. While in her graduate program, Stuempel has gained clinical experience with NKU's softball and STUNT programs in the spring of 2025, while also serving at Thomas More as an athletic trainer for the Saints' women's soccer, wrestling, and softball programs in the fall of 2025. Most recently, Stuempel worked both in physical therapy at Mercy Health during the spring 2026 semester, while also working in the oncology unit at The Christ Hospital.Â
Stuempel earned her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky in December 2024.Â
