Madison Garrott joined Northern Kentucky University Athletics in January 2022, starting as an Athletic Academic Advisor before joining the Men's Basketball program to become Director of Basketball Operations in August 2024. Garrott now enters her second season in the role, also serving as the program's NIL Coordinator.Â
As an Athletic Academic Advisor, Garrott previously served as the academic advisor for Northern Kentucky Men’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball, Women’s Volleyball, Men’s Golf, Women’s Golf, Men’s Tennis, and Women’s Tennis.Â
Before joining NKU, Garrott worked as an Academic Services Assistant at the University of Kentucky in C.A.T.S., working with the university's football program from January 2020 to June 2021. At UK, Garrott was a part of the NCAA Emerging Leaders Class of 2021.Â
Garrott was a four-year letter winner as a member of the women's soccer program at Union University (TN), attending from 2016-2019. There, she earned her Bachelors of Science in Sport Management with a Communications focus in December of 2019.
Garrott was born and raised in the Northern Kentucky area, and a Pendleton County High School graduate. Garrott currently resides in Independence with her husband Tyler and son Archie.
