Natalie Dragovich

Natalie Dragovich joined the Northern Kentucky University Cross Country and Track & Field staff as an assistant coach in September 2026. She currently serves as the lead assistant for Cross Country and will specialize in distance running. 

Dragovich has served as a cross country/track & field head coach at two Cincinnati east-side high schools, Mariemont and Madeira, for 22 years. She most recently served as Mariemont High School’s head coach from 2016-2026, where she led the Warriors to nine district titles in cross country, two team regional qualifications, and three state qualifications, including a fourth-place finish in the cross country state championships in 2021. In track & field, Dragovich oversaw 40 regional qualifiers, two regional champions, and the 800m individual state champ in 2019, as well as ten individual qualifiers. 

Before Mariemont, she served as head coach at Madeira High School from 2004-2016. There, she oversaw ten regional individual qualifications, with one individual qualifying for state in cross country. In track & field, she led Madeira to a pair of district and regional championships, and two individual state champions, including the 3200m state champ in 2009 and the 800m state champ in 2016. 

Dragovich also worked at TriHealth Preventative Health for ten years, from 2005 to 2014. 

Dragovich earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky in 2004.
